Any clause of terms and conditions if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password(s) and account(s). You understand and agree that you are individually and fully responsible for all actions and postings made from your Account(s). Any accounts you create are not transferrable. You agree to notify CazhOn immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account(s).
CazhOn website is only a venue where Users may meet and interact with one another for their sale and purchase transactions. Therefore, CazhOn acts as a facilitator for such sale and all commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between buyers and sellers alone. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitation price, shipping costs, date, period, mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services including after sales services related to products and services, etc., over which the seller has complete control and the same may be subject to change.
You agree, understand, and acknowledge that www.cazhon.com is an online platform, a venue enabling the users to buy any highly curated list of deals, coupons and extra discounts by means of cash back. Once a User chooses the most appropriate deal through the Website, they are automatically redirected to the concerned Merchant's website where the User can purchase the products on which the offer is applicable. For some of these Merchants, we are able to track your purchase and, in such cases, we share a part of the commission with You. This is reflected in the User's account on CazhOn once the purchase is confirmed by the merchant.
Providing of cash back is solely dependent on confirmation of the purchase by the Merchant. You hereby acknowledge and agree that in case of failure of confirmation of a purchase by a Merchant or non-payment of commission by the Merchant to CazhOn, CazhOn may refuse to credit any form of cash back to User Account. CazhOn also reserves the right to cancel pending or confirmed/earned cashback, withdrawal requests or withhold payments indefinitely if we detect unscrupulous activity, fraud (including self-referral) or bulk purchases made by the user. CazhOn reserves the right to reduce or remove the available amount without any prior notice, based on our sole discretion. We may also add an expiry date to the earned cashback and bonus without any prior notice and reduce or remove the available amount if you do not withdraw it before the expiry date.
CazhOn reserves the right to terminate all past, pending and future orders including cashback(s) of User(s), without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability arising out of the foregoing action(s) of CazhOn.
After a user successfully completes a Qualifying Transaction, and once we have received the resulting Cashback for that Qualifying Transaction, we pass that Cashback to the User through his/her Cashback Receipt Method.
Please note that there are various circumstances in which a transaction with a Retailer may not constitute a Qualifying Transaction, or Cashback may not result from it. This is also true for a Qualifying Referral. The Member understands that all transactions made by him/her are not with us, but with the individual Retailer. Our help pages provide further information about these circumstances. Further, from time-to-time Retailers may increase or decrease the commission paid - in which case the cashback offer illustrated on our Platform may be incorrect. By default, your applicable transactions will be credited in line with the commission reported to us by the Retailer, which may be more or less than the advertised rate. We shall not be liable for any difference in the expected cashback by the Member and the actual Cashback received by the Member.
When we have traced a paying, Qualifying Transaction to your Account, we will credit your Account with a 'pending payment'. Once the Retailer confirms the transaction, the payment will be marked as 'validated' - this can take 90 days or more from the date of the purchase. If the goods are returned or the sale reversed or amended by any means, then the cashback payment will not be made. Apart from the Retailer, it is also mandatory for the members to intimate CazhOn about any returns or exchanges for which they might have earned cashback unduly.
Whether a transaction shall qualify as a Qualifying for cashback Transaction (including cashback through a Qualifying Referral) shall be at the sole discretion of the Retailer or us and the Member understands and agrees to the same. We shall not be held responsible if the Retailer fails to report a sale to us or does not qualify a transaction as Qualifying Transaction. Further, we shall not be responsible in the event due to some technical or other error we cannot trace a sale back to the Member and does not qualify the transaction as a Qualifying Transaction or a Qualifying Referral for any reason whatsoever. Whilst we will endeavour to recuperate non-payments from the Retailer, the decision of ourselves, the Retailer or Retailer's tracking agent is final. Whilst we will try and recuperate missing commissions, at any point we reserve the right not to chase missing commission claims, particularly where no purchase has been made.
Further, if the Retailer feels that the purchase is not genuine for any reason whatsoever and we do not receive any Cashback for the transaction, the User will not receive any Cashback.
When a Member sends us an enquiry on missing cashback, our system would check if the user had an exit click from our Platform for that store on the date mentioned by the user. If no exit clicks can be tracked, then we will show a message to the User indicating that they did not click via our website to earn cashback prior to the sale. All exit clicks to stores are saved in the database for cross reference on adding cashback values. Where a commission enquiry has been successfully paid by a Retailer, you may receive a lower amount than expected; this is due to the amounts received by us possibly being lower than the original claim. We do allow you to query this with us. If a Retailer still has not paid a manual commission claim after a period of six months, then we reserve the right to close the enquiry claim. All payment for Missing Cashback is only applicable in instances where the Retailer pays CazhOn.
We reserve the right to reclaim or make balance adjustments accordingly where it has been established that any credit has been applied in error. This will include but is not limited to transactions where the credit is not genuinely due or payment for any credited transaction has not been received from a Retailer or its agencies and/or misuse or fraud. This can include transactions which are already marked as payable or validated in your Account, or for transactions which have already been paid over to you by NEFT, Cheque, Gift Cards or any other payment modes as We may introduce from time to time. In all such incidences, CazhOn has the right to recover all unduly paid cashback which the member is not entitled to earn, through legal proceedings.
CazhOn adheres to stringent laws of the land and you are obliged to stick to the lawful use of our website
All returns and cancellations are subject to each store’s specific policy. Returned or cancelled orders may void Cashback and be deducted from your Cashback Balance, depending on the store’s policy. If a store processes your exchanged order as a cancellation and a new transaction is created, the exchange may be treated as a cancelled order.

You agree to indemnify and defend CazhOn and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
In the event a Cashback offer is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or contents of Deal/ Cashback information received from our channel partners or suppliers, CazhOn shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for cashback listed with incorrect price or information. CazhOn shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CazhOn shall issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the charge.
In order to facilitate payments for Cashback offers purchased by You through Website, CazhOn offers an online payment gateway facility that will facilitate You to make payments in respect thereof to CazhOn using net banking, credit/debit card account or any other mode acceptable and made available to the users from time to time, subject to your complete acceptance and adherence to the terms and conditions hereof as well as the terms and conditions of the website of the payment gateway service provider/s.
You agree, understand, undertake and confirm that the credit/debit card details provided by You for making payments for Cashback offers purchased through Website, either through the on-line payment gateway mechanism will be correct, current, complete and accurate and you shall not use the credit card/ debit card or any other bank account which is not lawfully owned by you.
