However, if you have made a purchase over 3 days ago but have not received an email acknowledging the purchase from us, please contact us or raise a ticket in our system. No Missing Cashback Claims will be accepted after 10 days. Sometimes, retailers fail to track a transaction on their end. After we receive transaction details from you, we can follow this up with the retailer, and attempt to get your Missing Cashback.

If the cash-back-eligible click converts into a purchase, the store will notify Cazhon about your order within 7 days or less and a green money bag icon will appear next to your Shopping Trip, indicating that you have received Cashback for your purchase.
Changing an order after it is placed will result in no Cashback. These changes can be for example returning an order, modifying an order, placing an exchange, or returning part of an order. If you want to avail the Cashback you may have to cancel your order and make a new one through your Cazhon member account to avail Cashback.
Adblocks may interfere with the Cashback tracking so it is advisable to temporarily disable AdBlock and similar add-ons prior to your shopping through Cazhon. Also, try to uninstall Cashback toolbars as they can redirect your Cashback credit to another shopping portal or affiliate.
Making changes to any of your buy after you purchase may result in a Cashback retraction which might include for example: return, exchange, quantity change, adding/removing items, or calling the store to assist with the order
Merchants may even reverse Cashback if it comes to their attention that the order did not qualify for Cashback credit, because of the terms associated, ( available for you to view on Cazhon Website), or due to the store's Cashback page, or due to a non-eligible coupon code or payment method being applied.
